DD gave me her bread maker that she no longer uses so I have a loaf in mixing at the moment.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Wow Mab, I love my bread maker. I made the olive and basil bread in mine recently. I make small loaves so I can try different recipes. I also use the dough cycle a lot. I made the base for the Hot X Buns in the bread maker. The dough cycle is good for cold climates as it does the rising. Also , you know exactly how long it will take.
I use my No Fuss bread recipe on the dough cycle and turn it into bread sticks. It makes the best Garlic Bread. Always the first thing to disappear from the table.

Thanks for the hints Chookie.  Unfortunately I can't eat the bread but the family are enjoying it.
