Nice baking, Mab and Cookie.
I made Adam Liaw’s Butter and Marmalade Muffins. Lovely. Not too large. Easily converted to TMX. I used my Lemon and Carrot jam.

Thanks for that Cookie. The lads are coming on Saturday to fit the new blind and attach the privacy one in the bed room. I have offered them lunch. This will make a nice pud.

For the boys lunch, Turkey schnitzel with squashed potatoes and veggies. Cookies Anzac cake . Tomorrow visitors for lunch, Roast Turkey breast , mashed potato and mixed veggies. Cookies cake and Portuguese custard cakes. ( I’m using a beautiful large Turkey breast that I bought for Xmas but didn’t use.)
If I have time, I’ll bake some Anzac biscuits for the Palliative care staff who looked after RAL.

Good morning. Thanks for the lovely comments.  Cooking for others gives me real pleasure. To see those 2 big blind installers swoon over the Portuguese tarts made my day. No cooking today, eating leftovers.

I roasted the last of the tomatoes with garlic & onions and made them into tomato soup.  I turned out very nice and tasty.
