Thermomixers crumpets are just great. No SD needed. It is the Carb soda that gives them the holes.
The 1 minute bread is one of Helenes recipes. ( Super kitchen machine ) I often make 2 at a time as they can be baked one after another, in the same hot pot.
Judy, if you are using your SC for a small loaf, this will give you 2/3 the amount of bread without lighting up the oven.
I have just made a dip for visitors, ( and because I love the leftovers)
Small tin of capsicum , 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of vinegar, boiled until syrupy.
Tip over round of Philly cheese.

Thank you so much Suzanne for the recipe, I will give it a go, I used to make the Almond jam cookies, but have run of almonds.

Thanks ladies I thought it would have been a flop after I was out a little longer than I anticipated for the first rise  but was pleasantly surprised, it's  probably my best loaf ever

I made a loaf of bread, a loaf of fruit bread and Kim's Carrot cake. The cake I put into a horseshoe shaped tin and the leftovers made cupcakes.
