Hally I'm sure Chookie would love to have you over for coffee but I think she meant ' what the - I thought you were a tea lover'.
Correct me if I am wrong Chookie.

I think I need to look at this abit more cos at the moment I still can't see what the excitement is about  ??? I must admit that the largest majority of my books and magazines are Australian, and that I am narrowing the field down the last year or so by limiting to TM and ebooks unless absolutely necessary. I'm very curious tho...

I am only trying the free bit at the moment. The Delicious magazine on it is the British one and I have all issues of the Aust one. I need to have a bit more of a look as most of the books and magazines I buy aren't on there. Perhaps soon.

I have to say that even though only 100 of my books are indexed,  I found it very handy today when looking for a recipe.

I have had a look and decided I won't bother. I like totry new dishes and when I want to do that I open some cookbooks and choose something that appeals on the day and now that I have TMX this forum gives me plenty of options to compliment my oversupply of cookbooks.
If I want a particular recipe Mr Google gives plenty of options  :D

I use it every day , also.  Even though only 100 of my books are indexed,  it still comes up with dozens of dishes.  It is directing me to books that I have never used.  Blush, blush..  I sometimes don't go to the recipes,  but look at the combination of ingredients.  Thankyou Jude for pointing this programmer out.

Yes, Jude!! Thank you! I ummed and ahhed for quite a while but this morning signed up for a year. I'm trying not to buy any more books (no place to put them... Completely out of shelf space!!)  so ive told myself this was like buying one last book.....I've started adding books (will take a while!!) and like chookie even now I've come across books that hid themselves from me for ages. This is a really fascinating tool!! Thanks again!! :)

I often just type in a few ingredients, look at them, bookmark a few, then decide, so easy :)

Bumping  :D  spent a lot of this afternoon reorganising shelves, cupboards, etc.  Found more books tucked away and have added them.  this iste is probably a little like the TMX itself- the more you use it the better it is . .!
