From the freezer - Corn, onion & roasted red capsicum pizza with a freshly made zucchini salad. Dessert was a Kiwi coconut cream tart.

Fantastic looking lunches Judy.

Too busy with my sewing to bother about lunch and DH didn't have breakfast until it was morning tea time; we seem to be a mixed up little family. Had better go and cook dinner now.

Haven't done much cooking for a week, been either eating out of the freezer or going out for lunch.  I had a special lunch today because it's Chookie's birthday  ;D

I made a batch of Skinnymixer's creamy garlic sauce , had large frozen prawns and rice in the freezer so voila, the best garlic prawns I've ever had.  Not sure how many people the sauce was supposed to stretch to but I was a greedy girl and ate the lot.  I almost stopped halfway but it was too nice.  This would be great over a surf 'n turf meal.
