Hope you enjoy the movie and lunch with your sisters.  I have heard it is a good movie.
Not a lot planned here today, bit of cleaning up today.

have a great day, Uni, but stay out of the wind - just carrying an umbrella could give you a fast and free trip to New Zealand - or further!!   :-)) ??? Wind is gusting a real treat this morning - I find this kind of weather unsettling - particularly after we've had some really gorgeous spring days!

Morning Amy - has your face, etc settled down yet?  Did you eventually see a Dr?

Good Morning all. I am at work.

I think its all better (touch wood!) ;) Its hard to tell for sure though because it was flaring up then calming down then flaring up again. So if it doesn't flare up at all today, I'll assume its all gone and better :)
I didn't see a doctor, just a nurse. But I trust them more anyway :-))

Hello hello.... It is 3 am and I am wide awake.

Hope everyone is doing ok/better.

DD ankle is very bad...... Hospital now say ruptured ligament. Due to leave home end of next week to new job and flat....  Depends on new employers reaction to a non driving trainee.

Trying to get consultants appointment asap for definite diagnosis and treatment plan with physio using medical insurance. On cost grounds I reduced the insuarnce this year, but we still have enough cover. Then we will have to tell employer when we have the full facts.  I did an ankle at her age and it was also misdiagnosed, changed the course of my life.

DH steadily painting  house. I am steadily packing whole house contents here. Move end of month. Estimators from removals come Friday.

No wonder I have bad nights, but last night was good, solid 8 hrs.

Hi DJ, I do hope the new employer is a caring, compassionate person and will give your DD the amount of time she needs to recover from this mishap.  Life takes twists and turns beyond our control but hopefully everything works out for you all after all these set backs.  :-* :-*

Thanks Judy. If they don't then perhaps they would not be the right employers, but the world is a much harsher place now in so many ways. Humanity is not quite as abundant as it once was as we discovered 3 weeks ago. Except on here of course.

I have just read MJ's post and really that puts  Everything in perspective doesn't  it. Things are very tough at the for us  but my family are all still here supporting one another. For some reason 2012 seems to be a very challenging year for so many people.
