Good morning everyone.  A rather dull morning here, should warm up later.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Chookie, how's Ral today?
Marina, thanks for asking.  Day started off well with the treatment going well,  but the Nursing staff noticed Rals oxygen levels were down.  Won’t go into all the details but the outstanding attention by his Specialist and number 1 nurse continued tests throughout the day.  Everyone else had gone home and they were still testing. We are under strict instructions to return to the hospital if there are any problems. I said admit him!! Dr said I could cope.  Sh.., I can’t cope. I’m not a nurse , I’m a cook.
If you don’t hear from me for a few days it’s because I’m hiding in the Chook shed.

You will be fine Chookie! Big girls panties!

Just stick Ral in some place where he can see you and not have to ring a bell every 5 minutes!

Just make sure you get Ral in quickly if need be Chookie, women are expected to take on all roles in a crisis but it can be stressful.

Oh Chookie. Poor you. I often think it is easier being the patient. Ral be a good boy and tell your lovely wife if you aren't feeling 98%.  Take care both of you. Sending hugs over.

Thanks girls.  Hospitals freak me out.  All those brave people.  I would rather hide in the kitchen with a lump of dough.
GD coming today to clean.  I have decided to teach her to cook some basic survival food recipes. She will be heading to Uni in less than 2 years.  She stays for lunch when the cleaning happens on Saturdays. If she helps me prepare lunch she might pickup a few clues.

Hospitals freak me out too Chookie and that was my working life!!

First thing to teach DGD is to cook eggs every which way. I cannot tell you how many women I see on FB asking how to scramble an egg! Disgraceful eh?

I think you may want to upgrade your TMX to the new one when you hear what it can do, especially the slow cooking and the cooking temp reaching 150 degrees. Just imagine what you can do with that. You can give your old one to DGD when she goes to uni!

Hope Ral is behaving Sister Chookie.

Greetings from the West to everyone. Enjoy your weekend.  Football is back. Judy's team is playing as I type and mine plays tonight.

Thanks again girls.  I feel such a wimp.
Oh Gert, you are such a good friend.  We have been very worried about YOU. and that awful weather. Hope you are drying out.
Very good tip about the eggs.
Ral is behaving but then I haven’t had to try and get him to hospital.
Glad to see those interested in footy are enjoying it.
