No Amy, porridge is good for you.

I know Robyn, thats why I have it for breakfast every day :)

Lol Uni :-))
Porridge isn't bad for you, but 1 serve = 1 cup of cooked porridge ;)

:o That is not much per serve Amy - my girls eat more than 1 cup of cooked porridge for breakfast each - and they are little!
:D

I know Astarra, I used eat more than that for breakfast too :-))
But thats what is recommended in the Australian Dietary Guidelines.

But remember that different age groups need different numbers of serves of cereals each day. So for children aged between 4-7, who need 5-7 serves per day, they might have 2 cups of porridge in the morning to count for 2 serves from their cereals food group :)

I walk twice a day with our dog whatever the weather.I try to be out for at least an hour on each walk.Sometimes I walk with a friend if she's not busy.
