Morning. Raining here at the moment. I'm hoping for no rain Thursday so my solar panels can be installed, but I think I'm going to be disappointed :(

Lol, I keep checking the weather forecast every day, it changes constantly, at one stage it was 100% chance of rain for Thursday, now it's 60% chance (bloody Tassie Weather) It is welcome to rain but not till later in the day :D

Installing solar panels in Tassie lol ?

But seriously are they very popular there ?  We're in Qld and lots have them now. We have 4 kw and 21 panels on the roof.  Unfortunately it hasn't completely got rid of our $900 summer electriciity bill but it pretty much covers the bill the rest of the year.

Actually Tassie is a great place to have solar power as the panels produce more power in summer as our summer sun is not as hot as other states in Australia. But we have less day light hours.
In the last few weeks I have seen a dozen new solar set ups installed on houses in our small town. Definitely popular.
We use to live on solar power/ generator only at our last house, we also had gas/wood for stove and heating. :D
