Morning all.
CC,  you continue to amaze me how you get up so early and wait for it to be light enough to walk Chance. Go girl!
Bedlam,  I would make frozen peach slice,  bit like Weisse Bars.  Recipe somewhere here for a Mango version. Can cut the slices small and place between wafer biscuits. I also buy food in nice jars to put preserves in.  Saw some nice jars for sale recently, $5 each.
Have a nice weekend all.

I think this is the recipe Chookie is referring to.  Funnily enough I was just thinking about these earlier this morning!

I had a grandmother who was a pastery chef and she used to make peach pie which was to,die for. It would, take a few jars of those peaches to make.

But peach jam is my preference . If I ate jam it would,be my second choice after raspberry.

Thanks Chookie, the mango bars it will be, well peach bars.  I will have jars and a treat in the freezer for Christmas. These jars were $3.49 and the peach 1/2 look lovely. Product of Italy. From Gilbert's if anyone in WA interested.

What beautiful jars Bedlam. I can understand why you bought them. The Peach Kuchen is delicious, so best to stay away from. I have made peach jam and it was lovely.
