Just realised I am out of congee for breakfast. What to do?  No leftovers. No soup. Not a good start to my day. Guess  I could open a can of SPAM and have SPAM and egg on sourdough rye bread I made.

I hate decisions so early.

Good night you northern hemisphere ppl and good morning the rest.

Too early for a drink Gert? Champagne breakfast or something?

Did you know that McDonalds is the 'official' food for the Olympics and Coka Cola is the 'official' drink!

Did anyone watch Gruen Sweat on ABC1 last night?  It was quite an eye-opener with regard to the commercialisation of the games - the athletes themselves hardly got a mention - unless they were being used in a commerical situation.

The games should be renamed the MacCoco Games and replace the rings with the arches.

Also a certain bankrupt swimmer was mentioned who should pay medicals expenses to the person he injured a while ago :)
