Once in oz and a bit settled will try and replicate it..shouldnt be too hard but will need to be calm and a bit focused to get the right prep and cooking for the macaron layer parts...

Pierre herme (mr macaron in france) makes a cake that resembles this one but much better that i want to try in paris before i leave france.. Would love one day to gt mr herme to make me a personalised macaron flavour.. Remains yours and yours alone but has the price tag to go with it.. In the thousands..
