Been out for coffee this morning GF.Came home made lunch.Did a bit of  vacuuming.Gave Chance his afternoon walk.It's clouding over for the onslaught of yet more rain :P

To password protect you tube on iPad you
Go to settings
Tap General
Tap Restrictions
Then select the apps you want to restrict with a password.

Not sure if you can do it on a computer.

i cant remenber how to do it but you can block any sites  with words that you do not want your kids to come across you know the words i am talking about :-))
