Yes, sort of. It's covered in weeds right now. I have parsley, marjoram, asparagus and Kipfler potatoes at the moment, plus some spinach that just keeps going.

I need my DH to spend a bit of time digging it for me.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Absolutely Uni and the good part is you can pick just what you need.
You will need a deeper pot than what you have for your other herbs.

Gert, they are beautiful restful photos, even the one of the pantry. Mine looks like a tornado hit it.
We had a pool at our previous house but decided we wouldn't at this house. The yard is full of old cars anyway. ;) Fortunately it's
really the side of the house so you don't see it from the kitchen.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Amazes me too CC. Talking cooking and gardens with someone on the other side of the world getting on a train to London to visit their grandson.

I just love the forum Michele. You guys are such lovely people, just a shame we all don't live in the same street. :D :D
You asked how long it took me to travel into London,It takes about approx two hours to get to my DD's. ;D Forty five minutes on the train into Marleybone Station, then another fifty five minutes on the underground to get to Canary Wharf.

Gert I love your pool photos.  It all looks so tranquil.

Uni, my friend grows spinach in a pot.  It  does beautifully.  She just picks what she needs and can harvest it for months.

CC my daughter and her family are on holidays in England at the moment, staying in Beckenham.  What's the weather like over there?

Lovely pool MJ.

The weather is very mixed at the moment Merrilyn. Not particularly high temperatures and lots of rain :P No wonder Frozzie is returning back to Oz :D :D I hope your family are enjoying their holiday here, despite the poor summer weather. :)
