White Ferrero's
« on: January 31, 2011, 04:03:13 am »
Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever made the creamy centre that's in the centre of the white ferrero's?

Cheers,

Renae :)

Not sure if you're talking about Ferrero Raffaello's???

I haven't made them, but I have this recipe in my list to try...

It may help you...(she uses white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk for the centre in this version).

I think I'd just use white chocolate and cream, a sort of white chocolate ganache. Wouldn't be so sweet then.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
