Smoked salmon crepe torte- For Foods Sake

I made this recently - crepes cooked easily but there seems to be a lot of crepes for the amount of filling. I used labne instead of cream cheese and didn't have fresh dill. The result was very tasty but I think it would be nicer with cream cheese. DH and I agreed that cutting back the number of crepes would balance up the filling to crepe ratio. It sliced easily and would make a great dinner party recipe. I didn't bother with the hollandaise.
