Made this again today as a base for a 12wbt pizza recipe (suggested recipe uses pita bread...I wanted to make my own)
I used half wholemeal flour and half regular plain flour and it worked well (it did need approx 20-30g extra water). I also used MyFitnessPal to estimate the calories, for those interested, if you make 6 pizzas the count is approximately 275Cal per base, if you make 8 pizza bases out of this recipe you will have closer to 207Cal per base toppings are additional!
