I've been wondering if I should get rid of my Kenwood Mixer.  Obviously not.  Must have a go at this, I have trouble getting the outside of my pavs to crisp up.

Thanks for the great recipe fundj! I often throw out eggwhites if I've only got two.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

made individual pavlovas this morning with a few changes to the recipe


 i used   3/4  of a cup of sugar and used cream of tartar instead of the vinegar + i heated the egg whites for 1 1/2 mins on 37 soft speed

MJ why not freeze the eggwhites
