Can somebody give me some instructions and suggestions on where to apply truffle oil (white). Thank you in advance

use it quickly Gralke as it loses the truffle flavour and goes rancid fairly quickly.

DON't use too much though - use an eye dropper or syringe to measure out small amounts

Add it to mushroom dishes (risotto), but small amounts.

Thank you - I will have to check it as I bought some month ago... and must say Iput it in rice (not risotto) and did not think the taste was wonderful - It might be one of those taste one has to "adquire"....

You really have to be very frugal/sparing with it - only a few drops - no more.  Otherwise it can be awful!!!
