Yay!   ;D It arrived last night just in time to make mushroom risotto.  Followed by fresh strawberry sorbet!  Yum.

After our first TM porridge, DD7 said "I love the thermomix.  I wonder what's for lunch."  I think it goes without saying that we have been well and truly won over.  ;)

Thanks for the welcome :D  My consultant is a close friend so if it arrives today she'll bring it over and set me up. Already got plans to make CADA, mushroom risotto and strawberry sorbet :)

Hi all... My name is Nikki...  got a gorgeous hubby, and two darling princesses, and am really excited to be joining this forum,

I think I have only one more sleep to go, and I can be an official Thermomix Owner!  :D  It was despatched on Friday, so fingers crossed I can be enjoying a nice warm chocolate custard or sweet sorbet this time tomorrow night ;)

Until then, I am enjoying all the hints and tips in this forum, and even more than that, I am soooo looking forward to trying out all the yummy recipes.
