Hi LellyJ,
I'm planning on trying this out later in the week, but just noticed that it doesn't say when to add the lentils... is it with the tomatoes? Cheers, Sharon 3

Chit Chat / Re: Favourite EDC Recipes« on: July 29, 2011, 12:42:32 am »
I think I get more recipes here than from the book, but in the EDC I use:
Mushroom Risotto Vegetable stock concentrate Pumpkin soup Sorbet (with less sugar and no egg white) Usually I base my cooking on a recipe that catches m fancy, and then adjust to suit our family... Like most others! 6
Soups / Re: Chicken & Vegie Soup« on: July 29, 2011, 12:32:35 am »
Another winner from JD! This soup is the best I have ever made. Was driving everyone at work nuts with my enthusiasm about it!
The kids weren't so keen, but that just means more for me ![]() I don't like bones, so used skinless, defatted thigh fillets... Prob around 1/2 a kg. Can't eat leeks, so subbed spring onion. Just lovely and so filling. I will probably use less chicken next time. 7

This is absolutely the best pasta bake I have ever had! Have made it 3 times already. Twice with cauliflower, one with broccoli. Thanks JD.
![]() I'm thinking of doubling the recipe for tonight. Any tips or warnings? 8

Hi everyone, I have just become a forum member.
My wonderful thermomix machine is scheduled to arrive on Thursday. I am enjoying reading about all the great recipes and tips. About me: I'm a married mum, with three awesome boys. I work casual at Rebel Sport - around 20 hours a week. I'm wanting to improve my health after a couple of years of frequent illness. I am also saving for a trip to Europe next year. The TM is gonna be such a huge help to our family in time and money savings, improved nutrition and revamping an extremely over-used catalogue of meal ideas! I look forward to reading your stories, recipes and hints. Cheers, Sharon
