Thanks-  I think she does.  Will have to give it a go. Thankfully there are lots of recipes these days that cater to dairy and gluten free.

We love this.  The sauce is great as a vegetarian nachos and the left over sauce is great for Breakfasts as the Huevos Rancheros.

I love this book and have cooked so many of her recipes - some a number of times.  It is my most used thermomix book :) I love the fact that I have been using my varohma more as well. My doctor has recently put me of a gluten and dairy free diet trial and this book has been SO helpful.
