I have a little one who is dairy and egg allergic so Vegan is great for him but he is also nut & soy allergic and most vegan recipes over compensate with these - is the book similar? Don't want to order them all and find I can't use them!!! Thanks

I have a little one with food allergies (major ones dairy & eggs & nuts) Would you recommend this book for me to purchase or does it use lots of egg, dairy and nuts as protein for vegetarians?

I made this tonight and followed the recipe to a T and ended up with shredded chicken. :/ Was it definitely speed 1 not soft speed?
