Yes, Thermomixer, I meant the Spanish variety of pimenton, dulce of course, the spicy or "picante" one is really hard for our stomaches at least for mine
. As the tomato is like smashed tomatoes sold in tins. I guess you also have of that there, if not you can use fresh tomatoes and smash them in the thmx

By the way, what is buttermilk? I don't think we have of that here in Spain

Name of Recipe: Green beans with tomato
Number of People: 4 Ingredients: 1 bottle of green beans , weighed 420gr drained. Ø 80 g onion Ø 50 gr of olive oil Ø 1 teaspoon of paprika Ø 100gr natural crushed or smashed (I don't know how it's said) tomato Ø 50gr water Ø Salt Ø 1 cube of dry broth (does this exists? ) Preparation: 1. Pour the oil in the glass 2. Pour the onion and set 4 minutes, temperature varoma, 5-speed. 3. Add paprika and mix for 10 seconds Speed 2. 4. Pour the beans (drained), the smashed tomato, water, salt and broth 8 minutes, varoma temperature, Photos: ![]() I usually serve it as a garnish with a beef steak. I'm glad you liked it Caroline. I don't usually brush the bread but I think that your idea of brushing it with milk is great.

The bread looks great, and thank you for the link it's very good. But the TM is really good for kneading, it's easy. I make bread quite often, I've tried different recipes, and all of them are delicious. The easiest one is the one I told you before but I will try to translate some others. I love bread

This is the bread I usually do (right now it's in the oven
). I am Spanish so I have had to translate the recipe, I don't know if everything it is ok, but if there's something you don't understand, please ask me, I will try to explain it. ![]() The recipe is from Potota, and I've taken it from here: http://www.lasrecetasthermomix.com/search?q=masa+de+pan+rapida Ingredients (for 800 grams of dough, approx.) 300 g of warm water 20 g of fresh pressed yeast 500 grams of strong flour 5 g sugar 10 grams of salt 1 spoonful of soya lecithin (this makes it softer) preparation: Pour the water and dissolve yeast programming 5 seconds, 4 speed. Put the flour, sugar, soya lecithin and salt inside and mix 30 seconds, speed 6. Knead 2 minutes programming, closed lid Let the dough into the cup until double in volume (30 m approx.). Put the dough on the work table where you have put flour powder first, knead a little to remove the air and make ball. Give the desired shape: loaf rolls, etc.. Put the bread in the oven tray lined with baking paper. Let stand until double in volume (30 m approx.) And make cuts with a knife or scissors on the top. Preheat oven to 220 º. Bake 20 to 25 m (if small loaves) or 30 to 40 m (for large loaves). ![]() 15
