I have made this cake 4 times now.  In the last batch I knocked 20g off the butter and added 30g of olive oil.  I found this helped keep the cake a little bit moister.

Just a quick hello to introduce myself.
Recently bought my Thermomix, loving it.  Cooking in it at least once a day. Made lots of curry, pizzas, bread, cakes, soups, sorbets, custard, cheese sauces, gnocchi etc
Loving this site too - so much inspiration!
