Carine, I first heard of TM from a Spanish friend. I can't tell you how many of the Spanish ladies I know have one. When my friend has her next class (which will be all about Christmas food) then I will get the recipes and post them. That lady really knows how to cook! The TM has changed the way she cooks, but also has given her a larger range of dishes.
TM Users: I have to confess I made my first mistake with my TM yesterday. I pureed my chili con carne. I ended up just putting more beans in it and our guests never knew the difference! They thought that I had just made some sort of new sauce!

My Thermomix arrived Saturday afternoon and I have been trying out various things. I am here in the Wallonian part of Belgium, but I bought my Thermomix from a Spanish dealer and have a cookbook in Spanish. What I really enjoy is that the Thermomix weighs everything for me, so no more converting metric weights! I'm interested in learning all sorts of recipes, especially Portuguese recipes. I'm an absolute newbie to Thermomix, but love it!
