Yep Alina - I still use it heaps. It's defiitely the hardest worker in my kitchen  :P

I'd also like to try making my own tofu.

I have made soymilk using the recipe in the TM31 cookbook, which was yummy (and I'm not even usually a soy milk drinker).

Does anyone know what sort of coagulant I need?

Hi, I'm Megan from Brisbane.

I have had my Thermomix for over a year now, and LOVE it. I see a few familiar names here (Hi Dani, Karen and Alina)
