I just burnt my bowl pretty badly doing the vege stock: I forgot to put the parmiggiano aside prior to put the veges so the cheese cooked for 45 minutes at 90°: ouch!

After several attempts of cleaning, I put some hot water, vinegar and bicarb into the bowl, 25 minutes, varoma temp and it's now totally clean!

Feeling  ;D

Hi everyone,

It's been a year that I found out about Thermomix and after several trials at friends, 3 demos and 6 months thoughts and savings (!), I just got my own Thermie, I am SO excited!

Also very excited to discover the forum and ready to share and get new recipes!
