I just picked up this idea from this facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ReBling.ed) page
Using an old vege / fruit tin (c. 440 g size) cut out pre-cooked tortillas, place into a muffin tin, fill with whatever fillings you have then bake at 180° for approx. 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and tortillas have started to crisp.

I make little mini pizzas using a cookie cutter and cutting out of a slice of bread. I try very hard to squeeze 2 shapes out per slice.

It's very much the same thing, CP, and I am sure there are loads of adaptations, just seemed like a good idea to post this version.
