Lol Fundj, we all have things we just can't cook no matter what we do. I can't cook steak. I have tried many times but stuff it up all the time. I leave that for DH to do :)

Uni, roasts are great.

Which meat do you want to do?

I roast pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, potatoes, parsnip, o ions, sweet potato, pumpki, carrots, garlic, etc in my oven & do silverside in the slow cooker.

When I used to use the oven, I would put a bowl of water on the bottom to prevent the meat drying out. Just like bread.

I use the easy cook for roasts and always put water in the bottom of it. Lovely roast and easy cleaning.

Beef roasts can be cooked in an oven bag with a cup of coke as well, I have tried it and it is really nice :)

Yes very easy Hally. You can add photos directly from your iPad onto the forum with 2 steps.
Click on photo album, find the photo and add (ok maybe 3 steps) ;D

My photos come up small as they are from my iPhone transferred to the iPad via iCloud (lots of I's)
As my iPad doesn't  have a camera
