Best to follow that . First you saute the onion garlic rosemary and olive oil then add 1.5 litres of water . I added Rosemary salt the first time and the gravy was more flavoursome . Last night we had steamed butterfly lamb roast , with potatoes and beans and zucchini. All in the Thermomix . Garvey too ! Devoured by everyone very quickly , I did laugh and say that was appreciated . A long slow cook for a melt in the mouth meat . Never thought for years that the thermo could make meat so tender but this and butterfly pork are the two stand out meals by far .

Ac hookwoman that sounds like a great idea , even the chooks have had enough apple scraps . Will do that or if I get some time crab apple jelly . Apples bottled in the microwave , can you use normal glass jars ? I have seen your post on that . This is what I love about this forum , sharing and inspiring . Oh yes we had Thermobectas Mushroom stroganoff. DS 12 not happy , he really does not like mushrooms . But there was chewy bits of apple crumble devoured after .

It is Judy , just hard to keep up to it . Have been time poor lately. Apples are tricky ,I do not like a unripe apple . We have put some green ones into fridges at Wool Shead . But one is a bar fridge , so not that much room . If you put them inside at the moment there are just too many mice around , tempting fate really . So freshly picked off the tree is the best option . Also giving to others . Apple crumble will be on the menu again tomorrow . Then to Melbourne on Monday for Dentist appointments . Life is never quiet .

Thank you Judy and CC . The Romesco dip is nice but a little too vingery this time , not sure how to fix it ?
Last time I made it with apple cider vinegar , this time with the sherry vinegar and I used jarred roasted Capsicums . So maybe less vinegar needed . Told DH and DS that this time the fridge better look empty when I come home . Felt a little guilty as last week I was away for DS 12 Birthday and of course no time is a good time . 2235
