Does anyone know what you can do with the remainder of it when you've made it for breakfast and not used all of it?

I saw a listing of suggestions a while back and thought I bookmarked it but obviously not lol

Yes, vegies, fish, chicken, steak or drizzle over some avocado on toast for breakfast.

As an Eggs Benedict lover I tried the Hollandaise sauce when I first purchased the TMX. Wasn't overly impressed with the results so I haven't tried it again. Might need to review.

Thanks Frozzie. My DH takes me out for brunch most weekends and I always order Eggs Benedict. Will have another go at the sauce now using the recipes you provided the links for. I'm just dying to find one I love.
