Rhubarb Freezer Jam

This just came through in a blog I subscribe to.  I thought it was an interesting concept and have not tried it but decided to post it on here to see if it creates any interest:

This is interesting Marina. Iíve made jams using chia to thicken it but they must be eaten within a week or two. This is certainly a fruit jam. I guess you could use any fruit.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
