WARRANTY

Does anyone know whether the TM warranty is 1 or 2 years. I think my TM has just died ???

Yvette, I have no idea about the warranty period, just wanted to say so very sorry to hear of your troubles and fingers crossed that it is nothing fatal.  Let us know what happens.

If it was a commercial purchase (through a business) it only has one year warranty…if it is domestic purchase it will be two years and HO will have a record of your purchase…do you remember who your consultant was?

Thanks Tenina it was a domestic purchase. My consultant moved to Perth, I am in Sydney I think her name was Dianne Symonds.

Thanks Frozzie I feel better now I know it's under warranty.

Hally I do have a bit in the freezer, I will have to remember how to cook again without the TM

Faffa it says error 69. It wont just mix, the heating will not turn off. I was trying to make banana bread and dede choc crunch today and the temperature keeps coming on and cooking instead of mixing. It also mucked up during the week which I though I fixed but after today I will be ringing Ho on monday.
