Thanks to everyone for cooking inspiration. I seem to get stuck in a rut.
Made more Aquafaba mayo to add to cold slaw and to Tuna filling for Avocado. This stuff fascinates me.
Need to make more bread today. Rolls and loaf.
Also lemon tea cake for lunch tomorrow.
Made a Sticky Date Pudding and sauce from recipe chip. Thought it had too much carb soda in it. No one else seemed to notice.

Have been on a roll. Have baked 11 Soft Spanish rolls, ( posted and forgot how easy these are. )
3 Belgium Lemon tea cakes but one with cooked apple and lemon filling.
Made 2 dips, one smokey eggplant and one Avo, chickpeas and yoghurt. ( bought some Black Corn Chips to try ).
Will make an overnight 1 minute bread, probably mixed grain and seeds.
TMX has been working flat out. ,!!

I have my SIL staying for the next few days so I did a bit of cooking before she arrived. I made Lamb Sauce for Pasta, Chilli ( a recipe I've been making for years) Chicken Stew from The Hairy Bikes Diet Cookbook ( it's a delicious recipe) and hard boiled eggs. Hopefully I've got all meals covered for the next few days LOL.

CC, you are so well prepared that you will be able to sit and have a good gossip. Have fun.!!
I made Soft Spanish Rolls for visitors for lunch today.  First time I have baked them in the oven at Invermay, but they are now crisp Spanish rolls. Equally nice if you like crisp rolls.
Visitors for lunch.
Avacado and chickpea dip and smokey eggplant dip with black corn chips , followed by,
baked Salmon with salad of Kale, roast pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
Them Lemon tea cake.

 ;D Thanks Chookie

I was off yesterday to attend all my appointments for Gestational, but in the afternoon did a lot of cooking..
Made 3 batches of C4 cookies, Gulab Jamun(Indian sweet) and Cauliflower Cashew Nut curry, all for a party at work :)
And also made 2 batches of Muesli, at the end of it was exhausted :D
