That looks lovely Maddy. We are going out tonight so I know we will have a lovely meal.

Lovely looking food everyone. :)

Astarra, that sounds like nice party food, it's just missing the fairy bread.  Looove fairy bread. :-))

Porcupine meat balls here tonight with potato/sweet potato mash and peas or beans.  GS doesn't like vegetables so I chopped carrot, zucchini & cauli in the tmx and mixed them in the meat and hopefully he won't see them.   :D

Wine and crackers......sounds perfect to me.

I am drooling over the stuffed chicken too Maddy.  Is it a forum recipe?

Tonight was chicken and veg loaf, gravy, chips and veg.

We had beef rendang, rice, roti and a potato & pea dry curry. My GD requested this  tonight as I had already made Irish stew and soda bread and its not her favourite. Perfect for me as DS 2 loves Irish stew and he and his family are coming for dinner tomorrow night so worked out well  ;D

There is a forum recipe here somewhere, but didn't follow a recipe.  Just stuffed the chicken with the fetta, semi dried toms & basil I had left, and cooked in oven for 25 min @ 180c.
.........EAT CAKE!
