I made some cranberry and almond biscuits. I added a small handful of pepitas and sunflowers.

RTE's Easy No Knead Bread and pancakes from Recipe Community.   I'm sorry they are a bit blurred I just wish I didn't shake so much when taking photos.

So do I Marina, it drives me mad.  At the moment I am having my turn at vertigo as well, I told DH it's his fault he gave it to me.

This morning I made a beef casserole, the filling and pastry for the Family Chicken Galette, white sauce for tonights veg.

Same here, although only with my left hand. I'mn a bit spooked as Mum had Parkinson's. I have no other syptoms though and my brother also shakes. I spilt a heap of brown sugar this morning with the shakes. :'( :'(

I've got some salmon curing and I have pickled some veggies using a recipe of Tenina's. It will be interesting to see how they go.

Yes, Judy, I have been told by a neurologist that it is essential tremors and will not progress to Parkinsons, I am hoping he knows what he is talking about!!  One of my nephews also has it and I absolutely hate it.  But I have to say, I am so so very glad I am not the only person suffering, knowing I have friends on here with it as well is amazingly comforting

It’s comforting to know it doesn’t progress to Parkinson’s Marina, it seems to be quite common. One of the carers at DH’s nursing home had the shakes and I asked her if she had the big P so this was when I first learnt of the Essential Tremor problem she had. Still must be annoying for those who have it though.

It may be Judy. I've never asked the GP about it. I will one day.
The cured salmon I made from Cookidoo was horrible. I don't like the taste at all. It may be going in the bin.
I'm making a Classic Loaf today.
I made some Choccy Rocks yesterday.
