Yes indeed Gretchen, a bit of very clever work there by Helene.  We were both there in spirit if not in body and I loved that photo.

They were the Jans, we had 3 in our house. Such lovely ladies - but everyone was great.

Not until I book the bus Gretchen, everything else is free - market tour, Haig's tour, high tea.

My DD is putting it on and I'm just going to do a few little savouries beforehand for her freezer Denise.  She's quite happy to do this for us, has had offers of help from local members but she wants us all to just enjoy our retreat.  She has plenty of bubbly too she says so we just have to turn up.

I offered to pay for all the goodies but she won't hear a bar of it Denise - just let her be and enjoy the day, I've done a lot of babysitting over the years ;D

I know it's kinda late in the day, but I would love to come ;D. I do need to organise flights and accomodation yet though.

Not too late to go on the list djinni, Uni & Frozzie are coming from Sydney too - Frozzie arrives at 7.55am on the Friday if that's any help to you. All the other interstaters arrive at different times of the day on the Thursday. The special price for accommodation at the Crowne is on page 1 of this thread. Let me know when your arrangements have been made so that can add you to all the relevant lists.

I'll leave it up to those coming but I can understand you wanting to present her with something Bedlam - that sounds a lovely idea.

I agree too JD and was thinking of bringing something for your DD.  It is so generous of her hosting a high tea for us in her home.
