Cookie, yummy.
Roast pumpkin soup.
I’m trying to make tartlets from my Macadamia and Almond tart recipe. I will use thin puff pastry for the base instead of filo.

Made parsnip and apple soup, rather strange. But ok.

Making pasta sauce for GS dinner tomorrow. Uses Italian sausages.

I made some biscuits. I put a Haigh’s dark chocolate pastille onto some plain biscuits and also a Muesli Slice, which is delicious but a bit crumbly.

I made a Classic loaf and I have a rye SD loaf rising. It may need to go in the fridge overnight.

I made a birthday cake for DH today. It’s a Sour Cream Chocolate Bundt Cake. I will attempt to put a mirror glaze on it tomorrow. I also made him some creamed rice as he loves it.
