You are great! Any chance for an icing recipe too? I don't have chocolate.

Thankyou for all your help Judy. I've had a terribly stressful day and am single mumming it tonight. This has helped immensely. Cupcakes in oven did one and a half of ES recipe to make 24. They look lovely. Icing in progress :)

Sit down and enjoy one of the cupcakes INAID. I hope tomorrow is better.

Thankyou Cookie and Judy. I did eat the trimmings from the cakes. All done and dusted. Icing tastes lovely. Pity I couldn't find my butterfly though!
