Left-over roast meat pies

Just wondering if there is a recipe on here to make left-over roast lamb into pies?

Quirky Jo has one on her blog - uses rather large quantities of ingredients but you could just use her ideas and scale it down a bit Megan.

Hi Megan, do you ever just make an old fashioned Shepherds Pie.  I mince (Blitz) the meat, if I have a bit of left over gravy I mix that in with an egg or two top with lots of mashed potato and some grated cheese.  Always goes down a treat.
