Thanks so much for the welcome notes - and thanks, judydawn, for the suggestions!  Will definitely try them out -  Do appreciate that very much!! :)

I've never done anything with cranberries other than use dried ones in biscuits, breads, breakfast etc.  Tonight I tried the Berry Fruity Dream recipe using about 540 gm of frozen cranberries.  Oh! MY!!!! As tart as can be and leaves the mouth feeling like I don't know what!!  Obviously, the wrong choice berry for this recipe (we live and learn!! ??? )  I have all but two spoons of it in the freezer now and have no idea what to do with it!  I'd hate to waste it so if anyone has an idea of how I can use this up - or rescue it to make it reasonably palatable I'd be really grateful!!!!

It's great to have found this forum - have really enjoyed browsing and taking in the many tips and pieces of advice!  From the northern beaches area of Sydney, empty nester and preschool teacher.  Daughter introduced me to the TMX  I'm not too sure there's anything she doesn't make using the TMX and sends me any number of recipes she has found for me to try.  Challenge for me at the moment is the reduction of recipes - half or even quarter the quantities - and adjusting cooking times, etc.  Guess it's just a matter of trial and error . . and tweaking :)

have only had our TMX a few short weeks so still learning! This is a fabulous recipe!  Many thanks.  I've made 5 batches of them in just this last week.  Forgot the boiling step in one batch and lost the holes but ended up with some great bread rolls to go with some great cumquat/cointreau jam brought over by some friends! (They were blown away by the speed of the TMX and went home with a batch of dough ready to boil and bake for themselves :D!) Next step for us is to try adding things like cinnamon, blueberries, dried cranberries (or I have a bag of whole fresh cranberries in the freezer - ) - and various toppings.
So quick! so easy! :)
