Thai chicken sausage rolls with a sweet chilli lime dressed salad.

I did make another batch of regular sausage rolls for Hubby.....just in case he didn't like the Thai ones.....then he took off fishing on the bay, when I popped them in the oven  :-))  Grrr.

Although it was hot here today and I didn't really want to turn the oven on, I needed to make some more muesli. I used Tenina's almond and cranberry recipe, but used 1kg of oats, and added macadamia's and chia seeds. The kids were
attracted by the yummy smell, and DD had it for lunch, and DA has decided that he will have it for breakfast.
DH requested chili chocolate icecream, so I made him a Chilli choc gelato from my new Icecream book. He thinks it needs more Chilli, but DD likes it as it is.
Dinner tonight was Thermo free as I fancied a chicken stirfry with noodles :)

Peppermint tea, baked beans - my list of your favourite things is growing CC  :D  You will have to get a bit fancier than that though - not that we will be having too many meals at home in August.
