Pie Maker
« on: December 23, 2011, 04:15:58 pm »
Wow, my pie maker is here!  What a combination a Thermomix and a pie maker?  Shortcrust pastry takes 20 seconds in the TMX!

I've already made 8 pies with the leftovers of the beef strogonoff the from the other night!.  They'll now get frozen and used for lunches or snacks either for the boys or when we go away in the caravan - easy peasy grab a pie for a snack or for lunch.

I'm seriously impressed and the possibilities are endless - quiche, pizza pies, custard tarts .....

Nik

P.S.  What I like best is the ability to use leftovers, I HATE leftovers

Sounds good Nicola  ;D  I gather you are impressed with it.  Which one did you buy as I have been looking at getting one at some stage?

I love the pie maker. It's going to be put to good use with left overs from Christmas.
