Like a mini bakery Chookie  ;)   I wonder how many went home and will continue to make their own bread.  This was the non-TMX class wasn't it?

Looks like a really productive day, Chookie.  What a lot of organising it must have taken but I bet it was worth it and that everyone had a great time.

The lady packing up  her bread rang the next day to say that she had been out and bought flour to make more bread.  as they kneaded by hand, they decided that when the dough felt like a silicon implant,  then it was right. ;D ;D

Hally,  they did all the work and said they had the best time they have had in years.   Doesn't take much to please some people.
