I would put them in cuisine that way it should be easier to find something specific, sounds like fun hally.

If it was me I'd go by author and size. ... but ww cookbooks together.
If however I was being practical I might organise by cuisine... however so many authors have a bit of everything id probably go back to authors.
A friend of mine is a librarian and organises by the dewey system!

So ihave categories

Celebrity chefs
Cusines ie italian, asian, mexican etc.
Pressure cooker
Slow cooker
Bbq & rubs, marinades etc
One pot & simple dinners & budget too
Cakes, biscuits & desserts

The WW together as fhey look very neat

I like your categories Hally. I guess the most important thing is to make it work for you. You might work out a system now but need to tweak it in a few months when you have learned how to live with the new storage :)
Can't wait to see pics!

I think the main thing is to get them into this order & then as you say see how it goes.

I am hoping that this will get my cooking mojo back too :)

It will be nice not to have them on the floors in the living & bedroom areas.

The piles are sorted so it wont take long to load the bookcase, very excited :)

I'm looking forward to the photos too.
I would probably have all the WW books together and then go by size as much as possible. I guess I'd have them organised into baking, main meals etc. after you have used it for a while you will find what works best for you.
