Remove stone fruit pips
« on: January 28, 2021, 10:36:23 pm »
Many of you will already know this, but I just found out about it this morning.

Put whole fruit into TMX and zap it on reverse, sp 3 for up to 30 seconds - the time is approximate and depends on quantity of fruit, so keep checking.

Remove TMX from base, pour fruit into a bowl and remove the pips then get back to the recipe.

This would also work for pomegranates, cardamom, pistachios, etc. ... the speeds may vary though so perhaps experimentation and caution would be wise.
