I was just after a yummy new potato :) recipe using fresh parsley as I have so much growing in the garden.

Here's a nice potato salad Montoya - you could use all white potato if you didn't have sweet potato on hand.

Thanks so much Judy. Just collecting recipes for when my thermie arrives. I now have an assortment of yummy recipes from this forum. Do you know of one using hot potatoes?

Thanks again Judy. You have been a great help! Just discovered the Thermomix recipe site and printed off a heap of recipes I want to try when my thermie comes. Can't wait!
