Have just made the above-mentioned ice-cream, thanks Bron.  Tasted great, now I have to wait for it to freeze.  Only used 60g castor sugar with the egg whites and it was sweet enough for me.
From that batch of choc risotto I got 6 servings + a litre of icecream.

No reason why you couldnt halve the recipe to make a smaller lot.

And im sure you could add fancy choc bars if you wanted. mmmm mars bars.....

I serve with caramelised apples as it goes nicely with the cinamon. still perfecting recipe. will post soon.
