Savoury Salad Boats
« on: January 24, 2012, 11:27:49 pm »
Aileen Sforcina author of Rainbow Recipes has sent me another recipe to share with the forum. These Savoury Salad Boats are quick, easy and RAW.

Baby Cos lettuce leaves
200g raw mushrooms
100g walnuts
red salad onion to taste
salt to taste
Chives

Place the mushrooms, walnuts, onion and salt into TM bowl and Turbo pulse a couple of times until mixture is minced.  Remove mixture from TM bowl and then pile into the lettuce leaves.  Top with chopped chives.

This makes a real nice appetiser.  The people loved it.  Hope you enjoy it too!
Kind regards,
Aileen
